Dr. Monika Patel

Dr. Monika Patel, born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, attended New York University for her undergraduate studies and dental school, where she served as President of the American Student Dental Association. She completed her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and served as chief resident at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Stony Brook University Hospital, and Northport VA Medical Center in Long Island, NY. During her residency, Dr. Patel took a keen interest in orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, and dentoalveolar surgery.  

As a second generation dental professional, Dr. Patel continues to serve her community to the highest standard while utilizing the most current surgical techniques. She is currently certified in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS) and advanced trauma life support (ATLS). Outside of work, Dr. Patel and her husband can be found rock climbing and trying new restaurants in Boston.
